Diet :
A combination of the Paleo and the Warrior Diet. The Paleo diet eliminates any chemicals and heavy starches from your diet and increases all the fresh green food you need to keep your body running. The Warrior diet is the concept of only eating one real meal a day for dinner. (also keeping it high protein) Throughout the day, she may eat a coupple things here and there but for dinner she has a piece of chicken, veal, fish, beef, etc, and pairs it with a very small amount of carbs and veggies. 

Work-Out
There’s no way of explaining her work out reg. because she’s always changing it up. By doing this she makes sure all of her muscles are engaged at all times.
